Hi! I am a working women. My work forces me to sit continuously for hours. Due to which I get no time to workout or engage myself in any physical activity. Please suggest any way by which I can loose weight and live a healthy life. Kindly suggest any diet that I can follow.

The below mentioned tips will help you lose weight - : Take the, opportunity to get up from your desk frequently( getting something by yourself). Carry some small meals, like salad, fruits, nuts so you don't eat out. Take staircases instead of elevators. Drink lots, of, water, don't wait till you get thirsty. Don't eat just because, you are bored, wait for a while and drink a big glass of, water first. Stand or walk for a while after your meals.
