I have been breastfeeding my 15 week old son giving nothing else but breast milk. Last week he had cough and congestion due to which he had been drinking less. I noticed yesterday that my milk maybe less. I feel terrible. I am counting his wet diapers, seems ok, 6 so far. I don't drink milk as my son was very gassy whenever I drank milk. Is there any substitute for me for milk? I have moong few times a week. Do not get good spinach here. What should I do? I was 65 kg post delivery in October, now am 61 kg. Lost weight a bit fast. Please help.
