Hello Doctors, I have some pain in knee, this happen only when stand up after 5-10 siting. Such after toilet when I stand up its paining for few seconds, after that it automatically gone, and I am normal. Also facing few pain in kalai in left hand during have movements. Before few month, I was also pain in movement of one first finger in right hand, but now it's not there.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Stiffness might have developed due to weakness of the ligaments & inflammed cartilage. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee The reason why you cannot walk more than an hour is because your muscles have become so weak and it becomes tired very easily. To break that fatigue it is advisable to drink or eat protein and mineral food which would be a reservoir for you to stoe the energy. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. We also suggest people with knee pain to use MCR chappals which would reduce the inflammation of the damaged/inflammed cartilages
