Hi, I am 32 years old male, I am suffering from asthma since childhood and from last 5 years I have been diagnosed with IBS. Recently I observe there is change in my urination. Morning after getting up fro bed my urine does not come out until unless I empty my stomach by passing all the stool. Moreover this stool comes out in the form of liquid not in normal solid form so thereby I do n't pass any urine. I did colonoscopy test and ct scan but nothing came out of it. Now they referred me to urologist. I am not having any constipation since I drink a lot of water and I do pass my more than 3 times in the morning itself. At present my problem is I feel the waves and urge to go to toilet for passing stool but when I sit on toilet seat only gas comes out of it. Neither stool nor urine comes out. I feel the waves and burning sensation in stomach, normal feelings what we get before passing stool those are there but I can't pass stool. Can any one suggest what test I need to do and what can be the problem?
