As I have grown into age of sixty two, I am having problem of sleep at night, but after few hours of of work like reading or writing, I fall asleep in daytime at around five O'clock. What should I do?

Try to avoid watching tv as well as reading books at night. It will diminish the natural and good sĺeep. And daily drink warm milk at night before sleep which will induce good sĺeep.
