I do gyming for last 1 Year my trainer telling me to start taking whey protein but I heard that these supplements are not safe is it true? If it's false which protein I should go for any suggestions would be appreciable.

hi abhishek first of all I want to congrt u for not blindly following the advise given by ur trainer.u r right whey protein or any other supplement of protein is harmful if our body doesn't require that.so I also advise u don't go for whey protein or any other supplement. but as u are working out with strength training exercise so u can have a high rich in protein with other nutrients like cereals,minerals,vitamins etc. u can have eggs,sprouts,chicken,milk nd its products,etc.these natural sources hlp u out to get enough protein so as to complete the requirements of ur body.also be hydrated so as to get tonned body.hope u take my advise forward.nd for any other hlp related to nutritional advise or diet chart u can consult me anytime using private consultant option. take a gud care of urself.have a gud day.it was nice talking to u
