Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to musculoskeletal disorder as you drive for a long time daily - do regular exercises of the upper body, also spinal stretches, take a few minutes break from your constant position while driving every hour - take medication as advised by your doctor - also can consult a physical therapist for relief of pain by exercise.
