Since last one month I'm trying to lose weight but I'm failing! I've now cut short my meals as in I used to have two chapatis and rice for lunch but now I either have two chapatis or rice! What should I do please help lose my weight and please suggest some diet too.

Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Medicines work temporarily for weight loss. Skipping meals will not help. If any medical condition is related then that can be treated. For any query consult.
