Already 8 months are passed for my c section but still having pain at my incision site. I feel so weak. I could not work for long now. What I can do?

Pain at incision site can be due to many reasons. But if you are breast feeding and have not taken calcium supplements during breast feeding, then that would be the first thing to do. If the need be consult a Gynecologist to rule out problems like Scar endometriosis, Hernia, local infection etc. A good posture at feeding, adequate Calcium (which is more than what is given in pregnancy ), and Abdominal exercises to reduce tummy laxity can help. Do exercises under guidance of a doctor or physiotherapist.
