From last few days I am suffering from mild vertigo, vomit feelings and mild to moderate unbalancing in walking. I want to ask that to which specialist I should consult? Whether it is a neuro problem, cervical problem, inner ear problem, brain problem, heart problem, acidity problem? I want to let you know that 3 years before do tor diagnosed cervical spondylitis. Also I am suffering from Hypertension, Diabetes & acidity and regularly take medicines for them.

Most probably your problem is related to cervical spine, if you feel giddiness on movement of your neck. If not it could be because of cold also. You can take vertigo medicine from your doctor. Or consult an Orthopaedic surgeon so that he can guide further.
