I am a x country runner. Running fr last 6 yrs. My age is 23. Now I want to upgrade myself for marathon runner. Sir wat changes should I make in my trainin and diet pattern?

In running exercise free, easy and quick loco motor movements, rhythm of respiration and concentration of mind are required, these are to be practiced very well, apart from this rest, sleep and diet also plays important role.
