Age 24 male From past one month I have cold so I consult a doctor and took tablets it's gave little bit relief for 3 days after that it's continued now it's accurce big problem to me still I am suffering cold with little of cough please doctor give me suggestions what type of treatment I have to take without consulting doctor bcz I am a poor person so.

Dear lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation twice a day - avoid exposure to cold weather, dust, also avoid cold fluids, have more of warm water, tea, coffee, milk - mix 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder in a cup of milk & have twice a day - take tablet Sinarest, 1 tablet three times a day after meals - do warm water gargles twice a day if you have pain or irritation in throat - keep well hydrated by drinking 7-8 glasses of water everyday - have more of fruits & vegetables including green ones to boost your immunity.
