I have to improve my eye sight which is currently -1.5D for medical examination in railway. Required criteria is 6/9, 6/9. Laser surgery is not allowed. I have around 3 months to improve my eye sight, please help me out, if any exercise, medicine, eye drop which improve my eye sight.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 25 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. If you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

My dear friend, you are myopic by -1.5D &wants to join Rly as driver, guard or section engineer etc, there are many jobs for serious students excluding these job, there is no way to improve vision with medicine except LASIK, Rly does not allow because LASIK operated eye is not considered to be normal & you may be dismissed from jobs later on if you manipulate medical board after LASIK.
