Sir I am tAking very less sleep due working 24/7 does will it effects my mental power and sex power I am losing my weight and becoming less appetite, no physical exercise.

Human body needs minimum 6 to 7 hours of good sound sleep in order to retain physical energy and mental health, and also sexual powers ,or else it starts showing and feeling fatigue, listless and poor appetite, which in turn makes you loose weight and general health and well-being.
