Hello doctor I'm facing constipation problem. I'm gaining fat in abdomen region. Please suggest me a effective way to get rid of constipation .My eating habits are rice and curry day and night with chapati .parota at outside can note.

Constipation may b due to less intake of water or less intake of fresh vegetables and fruits which are rich in fibres. Try warm water for drinking the whole day. Or a teaspoon of homemade ghee with a glass of warm water before going to sleep at night. This will take care of ur constipation. Have plenty of salads and fresh fruits in ur diet to reduce fat on ur abdomen. Also exercise is a must. Avoid sitting for long hours. Take frequent breaks and walk for atleast a minute. Simple getting up and sitting on ur chair frequently will also help in reducing fat.
