Hello Dr, I have hypothyroidism n i am gaining weight ma skin became dry n dull always I feel tired n dull em not able to do any work.(em taking thyronorm 70 mg n my weight is 70 pls Dr. Suggest me a good veg diet n do's n don'ts in thyroid pls help me.
