I am 64 years old, have ulcer type rashes (some times diminishes) on upper side of upper lip ,also pain sometimes, since a no of months. I have treatment from skin specialist, ENT specialist, dental treatment, homeopathy.but these are yet to .further I am having one stent cad in 2010, and have some multivitamins for disc problem. I am having isabgol daily since last ten years for keeping my gastric in line as advised by doctors. Pl advise me.

Its difficult to give a diagnosis from history you said. We need a clinical examination to findout what exactly has happened in upper lip. There is a specialty in dentistry known as oral medicine specialist who will be in right position to diagnose and treat you. Diagnosis is the key factor in your problem to say you its a normal thing or abnormal thing you have to show to a oral medicine specialist.In all dental colleges in india we have oral medicine specialist so make a visit I hope this helps you.
