After doing yoga and exercise what should be the time gap between my breakfast and what breakfast I should take and if I get thirsty while doing yoga or exercise what I should that time.

Dear lybrate-user, After doing Yoga and exercise you can have breakfast after 10-15 minutes. Millk and regular Indian breakfast, will do. You can sip water in between the exercise if you are thirsty.

Hello, After any exercise you should have your meals within 15 to 20 mins. Getting thirsty in between exercises is quite common. You should keep taking small sips, of water in between to avoid muscle fatigue.
