Hi Kindly suggest d reason and also the necessary measures to b taken in d following case: Very much dispersed, negative weak attitude from inside but pretends to be very bold and positive ,excess or very less appetite and sleep, intense cry for hours and hours for no reasons, needs a strong support system very firmly, Wants to b in dark and alone place, try to hurt self, lack of concentration, negative thoughts, imaginary presentation abt self near others, need badly to b wid sm1 who can take out of all this dark situation. First of all u need to make urself understand that u can overcome this and lead a very good life. Talk to ur friends more and more. Forget what has happened in the past. Be confident. Start practising yoga and Pranayam from a good teacher. Start writing what u feel negative about on a paper and just throw it in a dustbin. This small trick will help u a lot. Have good fresh food. Avoid spicy foods. Ofcourse there r medicines to help u but first start with self healing with the above techniques. U can do it. All the best.

Hi lybrate-user, I suggest you to please take her to a psychologist asap with a guardian. Meanwhile: Try to take her out, for a walk or something in greenery. Try she tells everything to someone who she trust. Speak to her about everything, doesn't matter if she is listening or not, try to talk as positive as you can and also rational according to the situation. Don't give her to much of advice. Try to share jokes with her. Watch comedy movies with her. Don't let her sit alone. Try if she can practice deep breathing.
