Hi i am Seriously suffering from Depression . Various symptoms like negative thoughts excess or very less sleep and appetite pretending to b bold emotionless and positive from outside very week and negative emotional from inside. Immediately do the following: First of all clean intestines by Tarunikusumakar chooran 1 tsp with warm water at night every week Start lightest, less spicy food. Start pranayam and meditation for 5-10 minutes daily twice. Start walks for 30-45 minutes at a stretch daily whenever possible. Start taking Stresscom dabur and brahmi vati 1 b.i.d. Each tablet Ashwagandharishta liquid 15 ml + 15 ml water after meals twice a day Do for 30 days initially. Inform me status every week.
