I'm 17 years old male. When I walk on a street I perceive myself as a Stranger, I keep imagining my mirror image in my mind, I keep talking too much inside my head, imaginations, social anxiety, isolation and suffering from self harm, negative thoughts. Is it normal?

Not at all. But because of your age, there may be something to look into affecting your feelings in particular. Please meet with a counselor and a doctor and get some help.
