Dear user. The duty of mind is to think. If you leave your mind lazy, it will continue thinking and always the thinking will go obsessive and negative. You should be creative and active. I suggest cognitive behavior therapy and counseling. Take care.
You have to practise mind control by meditaion and yoga, read books and play mind games.
