Hi lybrate-user Many symptoms of magnesium deficiency exm. Poor heart health, Weakness ,Muscle cramps ,Nausea ,Anxiety ,High blood pressur Respiratory issues, Dizziness ,Poor memory. U take high magnesium foods dark leafygreens, nuts, seeds, fish, beans, whole grains, avocados, yogurt, bananas, dried fruit. U take microfruit tablet after breakfast.
