Hello I am 34 year old. My question is that after jogging 10 to 15 minutes or walking half an hour cramps starts to appear in my calf. What should I do.

Great!! happy jogging be on persistent mode if u r started resently!!! It may be called leg attack just screen ur self n add cod liver oil caps early morning for 21 days n tab Ashwgandha before bed

-Do some quadraceps stretching exercise heel slides, ankle pumps exercises -most imp is to drink lots of water being dehydrated is also one of the cause for cramps in calf.
