I am 24 year suffering from ed from last one year. I have go through penile doppler thrice. I have through penile doppler test in july 2016 and the psv value after 20 min is 38 cm/s and the edv is zero and inner caversonal dia is .15 mm and after injection is .70 mm and it is normal. Then after showing reports to doc they advised me tadalafil 10 mg and to do masTurbate after taking the tadalafil. While masturbating on 3rd day I got pain in my penis .i have taken mynubin-p and zanocin 300, trental 400 mg. And I also masturbate 4 times in week and pain continue. Then again I have go through this test in nov the value of psv is 25 cm/s and edv is zero but inner caversonal dia change pre injection .4 mm and after injection 1 mm .and only 60% dia inc after injection and third time I go for it again. Penile doppler the value are normal 25 cm/s and edv is zero and the inner dia is .6 mm and after injection 1.2 mm.means only 50% inc Caversonal dia .i have read that inc in caversonal dia after injection is 75% which is normal but my caversonal dia decrease in all three test. And the pain occurred after masturbation. Is masturbation effect caversonal artery. Is there any sign of arterial insufficiency? I have no diabetes, no cholesterol, non smoker. I want to know that why the flow is too less?
