I have twin - one daughter & one son born on 2.5. 2015. However, my son's? {nabhi} (the chord attached to the navel was cut after the baby was born) is up about 1/2 inch up mainly while crying. Some says that it is due to improper cutting during delivery time and this will remain about six months. My question is that how it (nabhi) will come to normal size without up? how many times / months will it take place to come to normal size?

It is umbilical hernia. It does get well by one year of age, if not surgical correction may be required. If it reduces on it's own when child is calm and quite, it's okay. If it does not, then see paediatric surgeon.
