You will need health supplement. Do hard workouts only for 45 minutes max daily for 5 days a week only Take sleep for 8-10 hours Eat every 3 hourly with whatever you can. Focus on one/two particular group of muscles each days. Yes you can make out without any artificial food supplement also if your protein intake is good daily -- eggs/chicken/milk/banana.
