Hello sir, I heard from a lot of people that intake of protein (whey) powder is not healthy, it can damage our organs. I am 18 years old, height & weight is 6 ft & 58 kgs respectively. I exercise regularly. So suggest me should intake protein powder or not?

Whey is just a milk protein. Any protein if taken when needed by the body is fine. Ideally the supplement should be taken depending on your routine exercise diet etc. For it to benefit. No supplement will work in isolation. It has to be a part of a healthy nutritious diet.
