Diabetes is a risk factor for frozen shoulder. Poor control of diabetes worsens frozen shoulder. No value of checking random glucose in diabetes. Fasting/pre meal glucose should be <100 mg/dl and 2 hour post meals blood glucose should be <140 mg/dl which is defined as good glycemic control targets. Your medicines need to be adjusted to ensure a better glycemic control. Daily exercise yoga has beneficial effect on reducing stress as well as glycemic control.
