I'm 19 year old and last night my mom caught me during masturbation I was totally naked. And she is always too much possessive about that and regularly keep eyes on me. I use to do once in week but every time she caught me and punish me for that. What should I do? How to face her?

In the future I would advice you to masturbate after ensuring that no-one can just stumble into your room. For example close the door shut and latch it from inside. You do not need to feel ashamed about masturbating if you are doing it in your private space and take care of cleanliness and hygiene. It is not an illness unless you are spending unduly long period of time indulging in it (like several hours). You could ask her to approach a qualified sex therapist/sexologist/sexpert/psychiatrist/urologist regarding this. If the doctor is M.B.B.S and has done post graduate training in sex therapy, then he would counsel you and your mother about why this behaviour is not unusual and not an illness and not something to be scared of or worried about. Psychiatrists and Urologists are post-graduates in medical and surgical specialties and have degrees M.D. And M.Ch. On their name plates respectively. At least talk to your family physician (M.B.B.S) what is your father's view about masturbation?
