I have to sit for a lot of time I don't have time to do exercise. Due to this I am suffering through gas problem. I usually sit for 14-15 hours a day please provide some solution.

You need to eat little every time -less than your capacity. This should include a fruit daily. However you will still need time to do morning walks/treadmill for at least 40-60 minutes at least 5 days a week.

Hi. You may be having a stress induced gastritis and IBS. No need to sit continuously. Take a 5 min break and walk in between. Sleep properly. Drink adequate water. Avoid spicy/oily food. Take more of green vegetables and fruits. You can consult online for medications. Thanks.
