Hi .soak overnight a pc of jaggery n 3-4 slices of cucumber n a pc of ginger in drinking water in steel glass .in morning remove ginger n cucumber pcs n add rock salt n half lemon juice in it .drink it .have nothing for 2 hrs then. Have oats in morning for breakfast.

Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Take high fiber fruits like apple, guava, watermelon, kiwi etc. Avoid mango, chiku, muskmelon completely.
