Hi, I am a 29 year Male, software engineer by profession. My weight is currently 89 kgs and height is 5'8since 2014, I reduced my daily food intake to fruits and salads and minimum roti chawal. I am having small meals every 3-4 hours to balance the metabolic needs. Rarely do I take heavy and rich meal nowadays. I am also following almost 30 mins 5 days/week work out. I also commute in public transport. However I am not able reduce the obesity level. I checked with the TCD but no indication. Could you please rescue me out of this. Thanks in advance.

Frequently eating within 2-3 hrs without appetite makes your digestion poorer day by day eat only when you have good appetite nature gives animal a sense of hunger to eat food so respect the nature eat food according to the hunger 1/2 strength exercise in morning not in ac gyms is best way for loosing extra fat consult privetly for more details.

Your nature of job is one of the reason because there is no physical activities. For that you have to work out daily. Also avoid heavymeal and rich meal occasionally you r taking. Walking is the good exercise. Do suryanamaskar every day.
