Thinking is continuous process you cannot stop it. Let it b happens freely don't try to control it. Just fix in your mind that you have to thing positive and good thoughts. Read book on positive thinking. Keep your mind stable by doing meditation.

And then make a journal of these thoughts. Also please make routine of activities which makes you happy and joyful like engaging into hobby class.
