My monthly menstrual cycle is around 24 to 30 days. I had unprotected sex on 14th day around my ovulation date. I took unwanted 72 6 hours after the act. It has been 32 days since last period. I took a urine pregnancy test on the 30th day andnit was negative. Some symptoms that I have are sore nipples (not the surrounding breast tissue), slight lower abdominal pain (but it is very rare ), decrease in vaginal mucus which looks kind of creamy. What are the chances of me being pregnant?

Hello- UPT comes positive only after 40 days of missed periods, so it might be possible that this delay is due to pregnancy. Repeat the test in formulated time and then look for options.

No possibility of pregnancy. But possibility is there if you had unprotected sex on 11th /12th day after your menses. please confirm it or wait for next 15 days.

Hello, The best way to rule out pregnancy now would be to get a serum beta hcg test. IF THE HCG LEVELS ARE LESS THAN 3Miu THEN YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT.
