There may be some lison in your vertebra, to exclude this, take a X-ray of LS - spine. Do light exercise, hot water fomentation (as cold water sponging) & light massage with VISHGARBH Tail. Use TRYODASANG GUGUL 2-2-2- three times a day with luke warm water. Definitely you will get relief.
