Merely sleeping isnt healthy sleep. If you wake up more than once try changing your pillow, mattress or quilt maintain ambient temperature in the room have early and light dinner don't watch tv till late night and sleep in correct posture. Have a healthy sleep of at least 8 hours.

You are made to take more sleep like 8 hrs. Check your VitD, VitB12 ,and thyroid (TSH ), ;do brisk walk for 40 mts in the evening ,make sure you are not Anaemic (Low Haemoglobon in blood ),Take nuts (dry fruits ), Take coffee 2/3 times a day ,if you take hot milk at night your sleep will be more sound so less lethargy the next day.
