My exams are going on currently, I don't know why I am feeling afraid, even though I am studying, I sometimes feel that I have not studied anything, even though I am not feeling hungry a day before the exam.

HI Lybrate user If you prepare for the exam properly you should do fine, there is no need to worry excessively just believe in yourself. But if you find you don't understand some of your course material take help from teacher or your classmates. Don't try to be perfect just do your best. Confiding in someone you trust and who will be supportive is a great way to alleviate stress and worry. Try to think positive such as- "I will do my best" "I have done it before so I can do it again" etc. When you feel excessive stress just close your eyes and take several long slow deep breaths.
