Hello doc People say that one should drink hot water to reduce weight and to lower the cholesterol levels and many more things but you r saying drink cold water. And coffee contains caffeine and it should b avoided. What exactly v should do to reduce extra wt because water, tea and coffee are essential part f life. What to do.

Drinking warm water with lemon juice .is a good option. Have detox water in which. Put mint leave ginger cinnamon stick n lemon slice add hot water n let it settle for few mins .then drink it .it is v helpful in detoxification of body. Have less of coffee n tea .it will take time to reduce the intake but it's beneficial in long run. Stay healthy .drink wisely.
