I used to sleep for 8 to 10 hours normally before but now I hardly get 5-7 hours sleep as I get up too early in the morning .i feel irritated, try hard to get back to sleep but all in vain. nowadays I sleep hardly from 1,2 am to 5, 6 am.

Start Morning walk daily, morning exercise ... have soft music while sleep or listen to isochronic tones for sleep on youtube for sound sleep ... Along with this Homeopathy has good meds for sleeplessness... consult privately for further advice & Rx... tc regards
