Is it true if the sperm tank gets full then we face a night fall (ejaculation of sperm) while sleeping. Bcoz from two days I had a night fall ejaculation while sleeping continuously. And I didn't watched any porn recently or had any sexual arousal thoughts. So what could be the reason behind the night fall here? Thanks.
