hello suraj ji, have small and frequent meals. don't skip your breakfast specially .take high fiber diet. take plenty of fluids. take plenty of fruits. take food in fix time. avoid fried food, oily food, junk food, extra salt sugars , potatoes, rice, white bread,egg yolk .take flax seed with luke warm water early morning empty stomach.
