For that take enough vitamin C rich food. 2) regularly clean the area where you live. 3) if there is Bird flu in your area then you should check poultry farm from which chicken and eggs are provided. Look for the farm which is badly affected with Bird flu. Stop taking eggs and chicken from the farm 4) If water and food is provided to the birds in your home then it's better to empty the vessel for a while 5) There is a effective home made medical preparation which consists of camphor and cardamom place in handkerchief or napkin. Inhaling such preparation can help in preventing the disease. 6) if there is symptoms of flu you should visit nearest hospital asap.
