Hello, Yaa right question, morning walk is always good ,but if you have time can walk in sun. Consume vitamins and protein rich food for hair growth as well as loose weight. Can consume green veg, fresh fruits, milk,egg, chicken,etc. Small frequent meal should be taken. Have 7-8 glasses of water daily. Be smiley always, if you need diet chart consult dietitian. Thanks.
