I want to reduce my weight. I am studying and can't give time to gym and exercise. My height is 5.3" and my weight is 57 may I know the food and have some diet chart which I can follow to reduce specially my belly fat? also can I have some tips to avoid split ends and have long and healthy hair. I do have serious problem of hair fall so is there any medicine for it?

Hello increase the intake of protein will solve both the issues of yours avoid refined products like white bread, pasta cut down on excess sugars and fizzy drinks make an effort to increase intake of fiber never say you have no time for exercise. Giving 30-45 min a day for yourself shouldn't be a big deal.
