Doctor please I need your help. Since a week ago I lost my job since I am in home only not going outside not meeting friends and feels to be in home only and do not feel to enjoy and all. And my mind always thinks some negative thoughts. Feels like I am in depression. But I am consulting psychiatrist here he given antidepressants I feel good but I think too much abt future and cannot concentrate the moment. And can I use ayurvedic tablets along with antidepressants?

Dear Abhishek, It is one of life's great stressors to lose a job you are passionate about. Remember that unemployment is temporary, and you will certainly find another job if you try hard enough. In the meanwhile, you may continue the medication you are receiving for Depression, and also can take ayurvedic medicines along with them. Good luck.
