I am a upsc aspirant and tends to spend around 13-14 hours studying each day. This often results in fatigue, inconsistent sleep cycles, stress and oversleeping (on occasions). All these factors are detrimental to a routine healthy living. Take leafy and green vegatables and fruits ,breakfast is important part never skip it. Take 1 glass milk before bedtime it will help you too.
