I am a upsc aspirant and tends to spend around 13-14 hours studying each day. This often results in fatigue, inconsistent sleep cycles, stress and oversleeping (on occasions). All these factors are detrimental to a routine healthy living. Kindly suggest a balance diet, some multi vitamins that may rejuvenate me ans also play in helping hand in wearing off excessive sleep and severe fatigue.
