I'm 24-year-old male. I weigh around 61, height is 5'7" I have been trying to gain weight by eating more but that is not helping much. Progress is very slow and it is frustrating. Also, I think I generally have low energy level. I spend almost 10 hours a day sleeping, probably because of energy level, which I think is not normal. - Is there a way to know if I'm feeling drowsy because I'm lacking some nutrient or is it just boredom? - What all supplements should I take in order to gain weight and also fulfill other nutrient requirements of body - maybe multivitamins?
