I am having digestion issues. I realize that my indigestion- acidity, burps, constipation etc. Increases every time I have non veg (1-2 times a week). Last week I had lamb and haven't been feeling good since. Have a slight stomach ache in the mornings too. Stomach kind of feels heavy. Please advise.
